I made the Valentines tags as well, but instead of making it double sided fabric, I sewed card stock to the back along the edges —to keep it from fraying, and also to be able to write on it, to the recipient. That way the card becomes a keepsake instead of a throw-away tag. I’m also covering the fabric part in vinyl to make luggage travel tags! Thanks for sharing some other ideas as well! 🥰 Reply Peggy Young February 13, 2019 - 6:11 pm Great ideas Reply Cheryl Magnuson February 13, 2019 - 7:09 pm (Vocal Fry — look it up, please, and then stop doing it). Thanks. Good project — looks like fun. Just now looked at your flat gift bag project from a couple of months ago. This tag with that bag is just what we need this week! Reply Karen Barton February 14, 2019 - 12:56 am For Christmas one year, I used double sided fusible interfacing and fused fabric to craft paper, then cut out the shape or character to make gift tags that could be used as ornaments. Reply Monica Kostak February 18, 2019 - 12:49 pm I used some scrap fabric and stitched around it on a tag (finding a pkg in my scrapbook stash)–writing on the back and attaching to candy for co-workers for Valentine's This was before seeing your video. i LOVE to do small crafts for each holiday-now i have the idea to make my own fabric cards next year 🙂 (thinking outside the box) Using spray glue and Peltex i hadn't thought about and will try!
